Eligibility and process to purchase a government-built home.

Overview

Current renters and qualifying applicants may apply to purchase a government-built home, subject to programme criteria and available financing.

Who can apply

  • Current government tenants in good standing
  • First-time homebuyers meeting income criteria
  • Applicants with pre-approved financing

Required documents

  • Valid passport
  • NIB card
  • Job letter
  • Recent pay slips
  • Pre-approval letter from approved lender

Application steps

    Verify the property is available for purchase.

    Secure financing

    Obtain mortgage pre-approval from an approved lender.

    Submit purchase application

    Complete and submit your purchase application.

    Conveyance

    Complete legal conveyance and title transfer.
