Overview

The Ministry provides emergency housing support to households displaced by storms, fires, and similar events. Support may include temporary accommodation and repair coordination.

Who can apply

  • Bahamian residents displaced by an emergency event
  • Households in immediate need of temporary housing

Required documents

  • Valid identification
  • Proof of residence at affected address
  • Police or fire report (if applicable)
